Cool hotel, loved its exceptional staff and exceptional breakfast. The place had a family atmosphere. The room was spotless and attractive, included central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. The bed was very comfy, my stay lasted for 1 night. I would recomand this property to anyone, great stay.

Very central location near to San Basilio vaporetto stop and the canal where the water taxis travel and water taxi, it was in a tourist area. Stopped by Gelateria al Sole to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend: D

Good value, it was amazing stay. The full English breakfast included slices of fresh bread, meats, scrambled eggs, pastries and cheese, but we didn't have time and didn't try all the menu. Also, the area was historic.

Perfect bed, freshly renovated rooms, characterful place. I got free upgrade and loved it. Fine full English breakfast - superb fresh bread, meats, scrambled eggs, pastries and cheese. Pool was great, comfortable to sit around.

Renovated building, amazingly nice personnel, spotless rooms. Room rate is US$ 347, satisfied. It has an impeccable location away from the bustle of san marco. Also, you can walk to ponte dell'accademia. Need to be mentioned that it has free wifi throughout the property.
